What do we offer?
We offer two types of lesson formats: 1 to 1 and small group. The 1 to 1 lesson format has limited availability and very high demand, so it can be difficult to set up a lesson without advanced notice. Please contact us directly if you think a 1 to 1 lesson is necessary for your athlete. Our small group format is often the best option for many people. We cap the small group at 3 athletes with an emphasis on keeping the skill level and age range close. The small group option also allows us a chance to train with more consistent and convenient lesson times.
How to sign up?
A 1 to 1 lesson requires you to contact us directly. Once this is done and we have confirmed a date and time, we will send you a registration link where you can sign up your athlete.
Small group lesson dates and times are posted on our website and on our Facebook page. Appropriate age and skill level will be listed with the corresponding date and time. We try and post our lessons every Monday, but occasionally we post on Tuesday. Sign up for the lesson by clicking the green button on the bottom of this page.
Small group lessons offer our clients an affordable opportunity to continue training with the attention to detail and development you’ve come to expect from Inside Edge.
1 to 1 Instruction:
$60 for a 1 to 1 lesson
Please contact us directly to schedule a 1 to 1 lesson
Small Group Instruction:
$40 per athlete
Maximum group size 3:1
Goalie Sessions:
$40 per athlete, regardless of group size
Maximum group size 2:1

We reserve the right to cancel lessons at any point in time. If this occurs, a full refund will be provided. In addition, if the purchaser/athlete fails to appear for the lesson, no refund will be provided. Lastly, if the purchaser/athlete is removed from the lesson for disciplinary reasons, no refund will be provided.
